Bebsha Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates bebshalab.com and the associated Facebook Page. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. It also sets out our refund policy. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us: name, mobile number, email address, details submitted when placing an order, and messages sent through Facebook Messenger, comments, or website forms.
Collected automatically: device type, browser, operating system, IP address, approximate location (city level), pages visited, time spent, and data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Payment information: Payments are processed by bKash, Nagad, or [payment gateway name]. We do not collect or store your PIN, OTP, card number, or bank account details. We receive only the transaction reference and confirmation of whether payment succeeded.
2. How we use your information
Process orders and deliver digital products; communicate about orders and provide support; answer your questions; send information about new products and offers (you can opt out at any time); improve our website and services; prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised resale; meet legal obligations.
3. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to improve your experience and understand how our pages perform. We use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure which ads bring visitors and to show relevant ads to people who have shown interest (retargeting). Your name and personal identity are not shared with advertisers through this process.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work correctly. You can also manage ad tracking through Facebook’s Ad Preferences.
4. How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share limited information only with service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment gateways, analytics), with legal authorities where required by a valid order, and with a successor business if we are sold or merged — subject to the terms of this policy.
5. Data security
We use reasonable safeguards including SSL encryption, restricted access, and regular backups. No system on the internet is completely secure, and we state that plainly. Please do not share your download links or password with others.
6. How long we keep your data
Order and transaction records: 5 years, for accounting and legal purposes. Email and marketing lists: until you unsubscribe. Website analytics: up to 26 months. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You may contact us to ask what information we hold, correct inaccurate information, request deletion (where no legal obligation requires us to keep it), or opt out of marketing messages. Write to [email address]; we respond within 30 working days. Note that if your order records are deleted, we may not be able to reissue download links for products you purchased.
8. Refund policy — no refunds after delivery
8.1 Our products are digital
All Bebsha Lab products are digital files (PDF). They are not shipped, cannot be returned, and are treated as consumed once delivered.
8.2 No refunds
Once payment is completed and the download link or file has been sent, no refund is issued under any circumstances.
This is final. No refund, partial refund, or credit is given for: change of mind; ordering by mistake; the content not matching what the buyer imagined; not having read or used the material; already knowing the subject; not earning money after using the product; finding the price high or similar material cheaper elsewhere; objection from family or others.
8.3 Confirm before you buy
A digital file cannot be taken back once delivered — copies remain with the buyer. This is why the policy is strict. Before paying, please read the product description, understand what is included, and ask us any questions. We answer honestly before purchase. “I didn’t know” is not accepted after purchase.
8.4 What we do not promise
These products are educational guides, not an income guarantee. We do not guarantee any specific income, profit, or result. Your outcome depends on your effort, budget, market conditions, and decisions. Information reflects market conditions at the time of writing and may change. Bebsha Lab is not liable for any business loss.
8.5 The only exception — non-delivery
We act in one situation only: you paid but did not receive the file. Contact us within 7 days with your transaction ID. We will verify and deliver the file. This is delivery completion, not a refund, and the matter is closed once the file is sent. Duplicate payments made in error are returned after verification of the transaction ID.
8.6 Licence and permitted use
You are buying permission for personal use, not ownership. Not permitted: reselling the file, sharing or giving copies to others, uploading to groups, channels, websites, or shared drives, republishing the content under your own name or in a course, or selling translated or edited versions.
If these terms are breached, access is revoked, no money is returned, and legal action may follow under copyright law. Our files may carry identifying marks that allow leaked copies to be traced.
8.7 Chargebacks and disputes
If a buyer files a chargeback or false dispute after receiving the file, we contest it with proof of delivery (transaction records, download logs, chat history) and permanently block that buyer from future purchases.
8.8 Pricing and offers
Prices return to the standard rate once an offer period or quantity limit ends. No difference is refunded if the price drops or a new offer launches after your purchase. We may change prices at any time.
8.9 Right to cancel an order
We may cancel any order and return the payment where we identify suspicious transactions, false information, or intent to resell. In such cases the file is not delivered.
8.10 Agreement
By placing an order and completing payment, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree that no refund will be issued after delivery.
9. Children
Our services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.
10. Third-party links
Our content may link to other websites, such as suppliers, tools, or social pages. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes are announced on the website, and the “Last updated” date above changes.
